Refund policy
At Tileyard Education, we know plans can change. We aim to keep things fair, clear, and flexible wherever possible.
Cancelling your place?
If you need to cancel your booking, your refund will depend on how far in advance you let us know:
- More than 90 days before your course starts
You’ll receive a full refund, minus a £50 admin fee. - 30–90 days before your course starts
You’ll receive a 50% refund of your course fee. - Less than 30 days before your course starts
Unfortunately, refunds aren’t available unless there are exceptional circumstances (see below).
To cancel, simply email us at info@tileyardeducation.co.uk. Your cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your email.
If we need to cancel
In the unlikely event that Tileyard Education cancels a course or camp, you’ll receive a full refund of all fees paid.
Exceptional circumstances?
We understand that unexpected situations happen. In certain cases, we may offer a full refund:
- Medical emergencies: A full refund will be issued with a valid medical certificate.
- Serious family emergencies: These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
Changing your booking?
If your plans change, you may be able to move to another course or date:
- Transfers are allowed more than 30 days before your course starts
- Subject to availability
- You can transfer your place up to two times
No-shows?
If you don’t attend your course and haven’t informed us in advance, you won’t be eligible for a refund.
Force majeure
We’re not able to offer refunds if a course is cancelled or rescheduled due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or similar circumstances.
How are refunds processed?
- Refunds are processed within 30 days
- Funds are returned via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise
