Charlie Arme started his career in music whilst studying at LIPA as a scout for Relentless Records in 2007 and nine months later was promoted to an A&R position in Virgin Records, he there signed You Me At Six, who achieved three gold albums whilst signed to the label.
In 2009 he moved to B-Unique as a Creative Manager for their record, publishing and management roster. This included working with the likes of Starsmith, (Writer/Producer of Ellie Goulding’s first album), through to co-managing the early stages of Bastille’s career. In 2011 he left to focus on managing a new artist; Ella Eyre, who has won BRIT, Critics Choice and MOBO Awards.
Charlie is also a partner in Tileyard Music, the studio complex’s music arm includes two publishing companies and a management arm which Charlie leads.
